Client Expectations
Please remove all items, clothes, toys, etc.
That may interrupt cleaning. If you have fragile objects, please secure them away to avoid incidents.
We ask that no one is in the home while cleaning. We do understand some cases this can not be avoided. If so, please ensure the person is not in the way of our cleaners.
Payments
After your cleaning session has been completed and you have verified that the service meets your satisfaction you can choose to pay with:

cash, Zelle, Venmo

credit, or debit card (added 4% of the transaction fee).
Cancelation policy
Our cancellation policy requires at least 48-hour notice prior to scheduled appointments.
Late cancellations will be subject to a fee:

If you cancel before the cleaner arrives at your location, the fee is 60% of the service price

If you cancel at the time the cleaner arrives at your location, the fee is 75% of the service price
